Founder & Executive Director
Emily taught history in New York City and Washington D.C. public schools before founding ESP Boston and officially joining the nonprofit world.
Frances Blair
Operations Director
Frances was born and raised in Boston's South End, attended Boston Public Schools, and worked in multimedia client operations until switching to nonprofits.
Jane Farrington
Finance Director
Jane spent her early career as a pediatric occupational therapist serving diverse, high-needs students before transitioning into nonprofit financial management.
Sarah Wharton
Development Director
Sarah worked in the legal and consulting industries, as well as events management, before shifting into fundraising activities for public schools.
Alicia Erickson
Special Projects
Alica worked in the research department at a leading advertising agency before transitioning to helping nonprofits focused on education.
